This creation that started with the center stone: a natural Fancy White Diamond. Our gemologist designer purchased this diamond for of its uniqueness, rarity and because it reminded her of the ocean spume in the warm sun. This stone carries a rare property of opalescence, it appears white and depending on where the light source is, flashes of color appear.

The gradation (from light to dark) of Blue and Green Sapphires depicts the blues of the sky melting into the blues and greens of the ocean with the clouds and ocean foam echoed in the unique cut-to-design-specification Fancy White Diamond and the choice of platinum as a base.

“Fancy white diamonds, due to their scarcity as faceted stones, comparatively small size, and the lack of notable historical examples, are not well known. They are largely procured by connoisseurs. They can range from transparent to translucent to opaque, but they generally are not transparent.
