Shipping

Shipping is included for all domestic orders.

Once payment has been processed and validated, MACADAM® will start handcrafting your jewelry selection and shipping will take place within 6-8 weeks. All domestic orders ship next day air from Monday to Thursday except for bank holidays. This is to ensure your jewelry does not idle in a warehouse during transit. Shipping within the U.S. is included for all orders.

We provide tracked and insured shipping. Our packages need to be signed for by a person 18 years or older so a tracking number will be shared with you to prepare for the arrival of the newest addition to your collection.

 

Returns

We want our clients to thoroughly enjoy wearing their MACADAM® jewels. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, MACADAM® accepts returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the jewelry (as postmarked by the carrier) provided that the jewelry is in new condition, unworn, not damaged and in its original MACADAM® packaging. 

Please note that the return shipping fees will be at the client's expense and we cannot refund the import duties and taxes on international purchases.

All pieces will be inspected thoroughly in order to determine eligibility for the exchange or store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a return. If a piece of jewelry does not qualify for a return or an exchange, it will be sent back to the client at the client's expense.

Exceptions include the following for which all sales are final:

• Special orders

• Personalized orders

• Earrings

No refunds.
